Soul Painting

          Soul Painting is a form of healing through art. It is a way to express the essence of a person, to get inside and feel who they are. Our visible souls can express internal or external pain, illness, and chaos. Mental, physical, psychical disturbances can manifest in the aura. Christina has a natural talent for intuitive reading the soul while she paints, and has been developing it over the years. Soul painting is her most recent form of healing.

          She first discovered her talent while doing a charcoal portrait of a friend. Not knowing why, she shaded in a section of her friend's face. When she showed the finished sketch to her, Christina's friend was amazed. The area shaded was where she was still feeling pain after her recent car accident. She had tried to get rid of the pain, the doctors not being able to stop it. She had just begun to accept it as part of her life when she asked Christina to draw her. When Christina erased the shaded area, she immediately began to heal. Not only did the pain disappear, she began a healing process that had been eluding her since the accident. She is now fully recovered, with no trace of the horrible accident.

          Since that remarkable recovery, Christina has added color to her soul paintings, which add depth to the aura and often reveal clues to the personality she's painting. However, not many are able to accept their inner selves, which has lead Christina to many sticky situations. Luckily, she has had mostly positive experiences with her work, and her subjects see themselves through an objective interpretation. Soul painting can reveal your true self, but you must be able to accept it and use it to make your life what you want it to be, free of pain, hate, and sadness.

          The young gentleman in the above painting was another remarkable case. When Christina met him, she had a realization of something big, as if a divine order had been fulfilled. Without asking, she knew he was an Egyption, and in a priesthood. He was, in fact, a Priest of the Nubian Order of the Melkezediks. Knowing this man lead Christina to a powerful Christ experience that had a great impact on her life. She painted his portrait from the photo, feeling in that polaroid a sense of divine power, which still eminates from the finished soul painting. The portrait of the young man is a reflection of his inner energy, which everyone who has seen the picture can feel. Perhaps you can too, even if it's only a scan of a copy of the original!
