Because of cost factors in maintaining the BIRTHLINE® birth and reunion registry on our site, there is now a one-time only charge of $10.00 for each registrant (registrants searching for multiple family members only pay $10.00 for all listings). Remember, you can still look for free!

This birth registry is open to ALL birth family members, 21 and over, seeking birth children or grandchildren, birth parents or grandparents, birth nieces or nephews, and birth siblings.

Please be aware that the only information that will appear on your Birthline posting will be the sex, race, date of birth, hospital, city and state of the ADOPTEE, as well as your e-mail link. To maintain your privacy, you may elect to choose an alias to link to instead of publicizing your e-mail address. For example, you may wish to have your link read “Firebird” instead of revealing your actual address. However, this only masks your e-mail in the main screen of the browser, and your e-mail address may show in the bottom bar or other location, depending on the browser.

Thank you all for registering in BIRTHLINE. As we promised, there will NEVER be a fee to you for your listings. Please let us know when your search is completed and we can remove your old listings.

Notice to NEW REGISTRANTS:

Research Etc., Inc charges the minimal fee of $10.00 per registrant to cover the costs of maintaining BIRTHLINE on their webpage. If a registrant is looking for several family members, they only pay $10.00 for all their listings.

Notice to WEBSITE VISITORS:

We are still providing search capabilities at no charge and are happy for anyone to use the BIRTHLINE reunion registry as an Adoption Search resource for Triad members, Searchers, and other P.I.’s. We just ask that paid Searchers and P.I.’s do not use Birthline as a source of potential clients and bother them with offers to help for a fee. We offer Birthline as a resource to those who want to handle their own adoption searches, or have already hired Research Etc., Inc. or another searcher, to assist them. Our registrants are all fully aware of the Adoption Search services available on the web, and do not need to be “shopped” by either our competitors or ourselves. This is not to discourage genuine help - such as adoption Triad members joining forces to share specific state information, etc., or all the wonderful “helpers” that offer their assistance at no charge.
